You’re among our top advisors with a chance to attend, but nothing is guaranteed yet. Considerations will
include total production, mix of business, recommendations from the RVPs, and your commitment to
growth and learning. The race is on—your production from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025,
will help determine who receives an invitation. Track your current ranking on E4’s website and aim to
